Absolutely never use this company!!!! Its taken them 5 weeks to do 1.5 bathrooms and they are still saying 2 weeks left to finish?! This is ridiculous we didnt use them by choice, chose someone else!! Emily has not been helpful this company has wasted so much time and my insurance time and money!!
After an extremely stressful experience with our terrible first contractor who was hired by my unbelievable insurance adjuster, (who made everything even more difficult) ServiceMaster was an absolute game changer. From day one John Campbell from the Dartmouth office was very professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, solve the issues that were left undone by the first contractor and completed the work to a very high standard. The communication was excellent, timelines were respected and he made the remainder of the work to be done manageable and stress free. I can’t say enough good things about John and his team who gave us peace of mind during a very difficult time.
